Accounting Clerk, AR

Seeking an experienced accounting AR clerk.

Must have direct and extensive experience in all facets of receivables for a property management company.

Must have strong knowledge of accounting, ledger accounts, journaling.

Must have proven and demonstrable experience in billing and collecting of monthly rents and dues in a very professional manner.

Reports to Accounting Manager / Controller.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of accounting concepts - a must!

Minimum 5 years experience in AR as a lead or team lead.

Minimum 2 years experience in AR at a property management firm.

Excellent computer skills.

Able to work independently, from day one, and be totally responsible for billing and collections.

Must have high initiative, and be driven toward meeting daily and weekly goals, and accountable for fast paced results.

BA in accounting or higher degree is desired.

Must meet ALL of the above qualifications to be considered.
