Current IRS Contractor-Configuration Manager [VAL-014-003]

Valytics, LLC is looking for a Configuration Manager with the ability to assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. This person should be able to research, gather and synthesize information. The Configuration Manager should have extensive experience aligning with specific iterations of work, managing User Stories and traceability, assisting with task tracking, getting information out of ELM, and supporting SCRUM and testing activities to help ensure successful delivery.

Requirements/ Required Skills

· Active MBI Treasury Public Trust Clearance with IRS furnished computer required.

· Candidates MUST be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) with at least three consecutive years of U.S. residency, from the date of legal entry, as an LPR.

· 3-5 years of experience with Configuration Management.

· Familiarity and demonstrated knowledge with RTC, Ansible, CI/CD, and ServiceNow.

· Coordinate and document all deployments, environment configurations and be a gatekeeper for the development team code promotion.

· Understanding of Agile development as it relates to configuration management.

· Able to work with the data architects and development team to coordinate change deployments using Ansible.

· Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications.

· Knowledge and understanding of using Control-M.

· Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.

· Excellent organization skill to meet deadlines, fulfill task assignments, and proactively strives to achieve team objectives.

· Ensures that best practices are followed in the development of SQL Code and Linux scripts.

· Excellent Communication Skills.
