Jimmy John's largest franchisee in Central Ohio is expanding their team. We seek a reliable, self-motivated individual who can work various shifts as a General Manager at our Powelllocation off of Sawmill Parkway.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage a staff of approximately 10-15 employees, including 2-3 assistant managers which includes scheduling, hiring, training and evaluations
• Responsible for completing (or delegating) all ordering, receiving, storage and issuing all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and general supply ordersfor the store to ensure minimum waste
• Complete inventory weekly and maintain regular inventory schedule to prevent waste
• Assists in the supervision, preparation, sales and service of food
• Supervises delivery execution and drivers to ensure maximum delivery business and speed
• Complete daily food preparation including meat and produce slicing, bread production and cold table set up
• Responsible for cash drawers during shifts and complete deposit paperwork with honesty and integrity
• Provide excellent customer service to every customer and set an example for other staff
• Complete daily, weekly and all other paperwork as necessary with accuracy
• Perform other related duties as required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Applicants must be fluent in English, including being able to speak, read and write clearly
• Applicants must have basic math abilities in addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages as well as knowledge of computer functions and software, such as emailand Microsoft Excel
• Applicants required to be able to stand for long periods of time and occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 30 pounds.
