We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Shift Leader to guide our team and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and assign tasks during each shift.
• Ensure friendly service, accurate orders, and consistent food quality.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Handle customer concerns and support team members.
• Follow cash-handling, opening, and closing procedures.
• Encourage upselling and accurate charges for extras.

Qualifications: Strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead in a busy environment. Restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
