A local Property Management and Rental Company is seeking a professional, motivated, and experienced Maintenance Technician. Qualified individuals should have some combination of knowledge in the following: HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, fire systems, security issues, roofing, lighting, and electrical. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Completing work orders in a timely manner
