We are seeking a General Office-- Full Time, Great Pay And Benefits to join our team! You will perform clerical, sales, and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents using Word and Excel.
• Some spreadsheet knowledge, (Excel)   Access experience a plus.
• Some accounting including accounts payable and receivable
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls - will train for customer service support
• Some shipping and purchasing knowledge a plus
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
