Job Description

We are seeking a General Office-- Full Time, Great Pay And Benefits to join our team! You will perform clerical, sales, and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents using Word and Excel.
Some spreadsheet knowledge, (Excel) Access experience a plus.
Some accounting including accounts payable and receivable
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls - will train for customer service support
Some shipping and purchasing knowledge a plus
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass drug screen and background check
