Job Title: Carpenters and Painters
Carpenter Positions Available - Immediate Openings for 2-3 Candidates
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $25 - $30 (Candidates with exceptional experience may be considered for higher pay)
- Preferred Experience: 5 years; Minimum 3 years (Hourly rate may be adjusted based on skill levels)
Job Responsibilities:
- Residential and commercial carpentry experience required
- Rough Carpentry: Framing, Joists, Rafters, Subfloor, Stairs, Drywall, etc.
- Finish Carpentry: Cabinetry, Doors, Trim, Precise & Smooth Cuts/Miters, etc.
- Must possess all necessary tools and equipment
- Personal vehicle required for transportation to assigned jobsites
Employment Summary:
- Full-Time, Regular, Non-Exempt Employment
- Standard Work Hours: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Mon-Fri
- On-Call Rotation: 1 day a week and 1 weekend every 4-5 weeks
- On-Call Pay: $35 when on call, $50 for those going out on new after-hours emergency jobs
- Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle Insurance required
- Acceptable Driving and Criminal Background required
- Preferred residence within 30-35 miles from the office
