Qualifications

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Work with all program team members to ensure that program schedules reflect reality, and that programs and key deliverables will be completed on time.
  • Work with product managers, engineers, manufacturing, and supply chain to develop logic linked resource loaded integrated master schedules.
  • Experience with running and resolving Schedule Health Metrics, including DCMA 14-point assessment.
  • Maintain, communicate, and present critical path schedules to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and drive weekly schedule reviews with responsible functions engineers, ensuring up to date and accurate forecasts.
  • Quickly understand existing and future products and sequences in order to actively mitigate/de-conflict issues.
  • Maintain and improve scheduling tools and processes that identify, analyze, and brief potential constraints on a monthly, weekly and daily basis.
  • Maintain and perform schedule risk analysis to identify program criticality and uncertainty.
  • Able to work and communicate well with others in a team environment.
  • Able to be diplomatically persuasive or demonstrate assertive leadership when necessary.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills including public speaking.
  • Experience with medium to large sized project (2,000-8,000+ lines).
  • Ability to work with limited supervision to develop and manage many levels of program plans and schedules simultaneously.

REQUIREMENTS

        • 3-5 Years experience with BA or 1-3 Years with MBA
        • 3+ years of experience with building, analyzing, and managing schedules in Open Plan Professional or Microsoft Project.
        • 3+ years of experience with Program Management for a large-scale acquisition program.
        • 3+ years of experience with providing schedule and critical path analyses, including slip and risk mitigation strategies.
        • Must hold a DoD Secret clearance, or able to obtain one post-employment.
        • Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program requirements in accordance with Spirit Aerosystems Program Management best practices.
