Plumbing Technician or Apprentice

Come in for an interview as skills level and ability to communicate will determine your starting pay. We have no salary caps here, and you don’t need to wait for yearly reviews for increases. If you have the sales, that determines your pay. Starting pay $30 to $40.

After provable consistent sales above set amount for 2 months and keeping those figures can increase to $40/$50. What you being back in revenue determines our ability to give you raises. We are not looking for someone who comes in, looks at jobs assigned to them to be done and go home. We are looking for our next Regional Director. We are looking for someone motivated who wants more and is willing to put in the effort.

We are a fast growing plumbing company in the East Bay Area, North San Jose and Milpitas. We are accepting all candidates with and without experience. We are looking for a field technician who is a critical thinker and can work independently with INTEGRITY, HONESTY & PROFESSIONALISM. We promote from within. We need people with high work ethic, willingness to learn the trade & flexibility in schedule. The job requires overtime and a 6th day when necessary.

We service residential and commercial customers for all plumbing related needs. Candidate needs to be a critical thinker and understand the engineering behind plumbing or have the ability to learn. This job requires you to work on your own so a vast knowledge of plumbing will be required before you set out solo. Check out our reputation online. *Pay package is dependent upon your knowledge and ability to work independently. Base Hourly rate varies from $22 to $80/hr. Please speak to a manager for further details.
