Come join the Zagers Pool & Spa sales team! We are looking for energetic, friendly candidates to assist customers in our retail stores. Zagers is a premier pool and spa company in West Michigan, helping families vacation in their own backyard since 1959.
Successful candidates will have retail experience, a friendly disposition, and “roll up your sleeves” type of attitude. Candidates should be willing to work at any one of our 4 retail locations (Jamestown, Holland, Grand Rapids).
Zagers offers a fun, fast paced team environment and a competitive benefit package. Industry specific training will be provided. We are adding Retail Sales Positions to support our growth. If you would like to join our growing team please submit your resume.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure patrons receive outstanding customer service
- Greet customers as they walk in
- Answer phone calls and return voice mails promptly
- Clean the store and storefront
- Maintain pool displays and pool park
- Stock shelves
- Conduct water tests
- Help customers in finding the right product
- Assist in getting product out to customer’s vehicle
- Communicate and work well with the entire Zagers team
- Assist Store and Sales Managers as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service
- Professional neat appearance

- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good communicator
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Must be able to move up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time and be able to climb stairs
