Tropical Smoothie Cafe has an immediate opening for a Manager. The position has opportunity for advancement and incremental increases as well as growing responsibilities . The ideal candidate will be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the week. He/She would have at least 3 years of demonstrated success in leadership of a team at a restaurant or in a fast paced cafe environment. Serv Safe Certification will provide for additional consideration.

The Store Manager is responsible for all operations of the Tropical Smoothie Café, including the following:

• Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policies
• Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessary
• Hire all employees
• Supervise all employees, including Assistant Manager, Crew Leaders, and Crew Members
• Weekly financial reporting to the Tropical Smoothie corporate office
• Daily bank deposits
• Weekly employee schedules
• Order food and supplies
• Schedule equipment maintenance
• Oversee all catering orders
• Marketing 
• Wear an "owner's hat" when running the store

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher

Preferred qualifications:

• 16 years or older
