Kitchen Line Team Member

Our kitchen team work very hard to make sure that every item we make goes out perfectly. Their attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are what make the restaurant a success. We use fresh ingredients and make many things from scratch so a working kitchen knowledge is helpful, but for the right candidate, we are willing to make exceptions. You must be comfortable using a knife, able to read instructions and follow them to make items correctly. You must communicate with the team to execute items in a timely manner. Clean up for each shift includes restocking, wiping, sweeping, mopping and general straightening of the kitchen and walk ins. Bilingual is a plus.
