Job Summary

For those interested in Waste Area Worker role. You will support the Waste Management Area under the direction of an Operator II or Supervisor.

Job Description

• Handling boxes, jugs and other materials associated with manufacturing operations.
• Compliance with site conduct, safety, security & environmental protection rules.
• Adhere to quality and productivity standards.
• Various duties in support of formulation & packaging operations including containers of materials, pallets, trash, and other non-hazardous Waste products.
• Operate Forklift to move materials.
• Operate various equipment in process of handling the Waste processes.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Regular lifting and handling of material.
• Adhere to quality and productivity standards.

Skills Required

• Must be willing to work evening shifts and weekends if necessary.
• Must adhere to high safety and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out instructions and training received.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend basic arithmetic functions.
• Ability to lift at a minimum 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass all required medical evaluations which may include respirator clearance (if needed) and Mobile Equipment Operation.

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
