Insurance Collections and Eligibility Specialist

We are looking for ​an Insurance Collections And Eligibility Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from your customers.

Responsibilities:

• Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts
• Receive and post payment to customer's account
• Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
• Setup  Payment Plans
• Insurance eligibility confirmations prior to patient appointments
• Procedure confirmation and collection of payment prior to procedure
• Answer incoming billing calls
• Credentialing 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Experience with credentialing
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
