We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Technicians to complete our 5812 Maintenance Team!PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESMust be able to: Sweep, wax and/or polish floors; dust/polish woodwork; dust vents; clean/scrub kitchen appliances and bathroom items such as sinks, toilets, tubs, and cabinets; wash windows; vacuum carpets/floors. Use appropriate tools and chemicals for these tasks.Cleans the office, clubhouse, and restrooms prior to open of business daily.Cleaning and maintains models on a daily basis.Cleaning of corporate unit(s), if applicable.Cleans all vacant apartments as directed by supervisor.Keeps all vacant units fresh and odorless.Clean and maintain all laundry facilities on a daily basis.Pick up trash, debris, limbs, etc. from grounds and/or breezeways.Advise supervisor(s) when equipment, building(s) or structures are faulty or non-working, deteriorating, and/or causing unsafe environments for residents and/or staff.Perform additional duties requested by supervisor.REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or EquivalentDriver's License and valid car insurancePersonal, reliable transportationExcellent communication skills; written and verbalAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishBasic computer skills; comfortable with apps and softwarePossess basic hand tools or can acquire themService mentality and a thirst for learningPositive Can-Do AttitudeExcellent AttendanceJOB TYPE: FULL-TIMESalary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourWHAT WE OFFER:* 100% premiums paid for medical and dental (employee only coverage)* 100% premiums paid for basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and employee assistance program. * 100% premiums paid for Telemedicine (if elected medical coverage)* 20% discount on rent in our communities* 401k match up to 6%* 3 weeks PTO for 1st year* Employer HSA contribution (if selected High Deductible medical plan)* 10 paid holidays* Boots and Tools Reimbursement Program* Bonus potentialSCHEDULE:Monday-Friday8AM - 5PMMay need to work overtimeFlexible Hours Available
