Communication A to Z started from a simple premise; to provide new approaches and strategies for individuals with autism, and intellectual/developmental disabilities. We believe that every person has the right to have the same opportunities regardless of their disability. Our goal is to help families, schools, day programs, and residential facilities provide the best services and support to the people in their care. No one person is the same and should not be treated as the same. Sometimes you need to think outside the box to find what works. With over forty years of experience, we bring a wealth of knowledge.\r\n\r\nOur staff at communication A to Z work with individuals who may have a diagnosis of intellectual disability and a mental health disorder with challenging behaviors. The people we support are in schools, residential homes, may have forensic issues, and are can be from all levels on the spectrum and disability. By identifying needs and function, we are able to promote positive outcomes.
