Practice Information

One BC/BE Family Medicine physician needed to join a group of ten
OB experience is required
Family Medicine call is 1:10, as call group includes four other FM physicians from other clinics in the community
OB call group consists of 4 providers, in collaboration with two other clinics
Opportunity to be as busy as you would like
Support staff includes an MA, Care Manager, Pharmacist and RN for the department
Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

Requirements

American Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
U.S. ACGME Residency
