COOK / PREP / DISH JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Back of House employee you play a critical role in ensuring the Guest has a great experience. Your responsibilities include:
Prepare orders to recipe and Guest specification
Prepping product
Conducting opening, running and closing duties
Receiving and storing product
Safety and sanitation
Washing, cleansing and sanitizing all used cookware and prep tools
