The Circulating Registered Nurse will be responsible for the following in this position under the direction of the Director of Perioperative Services:

- Providing care, treatment, counseling, and health education to patients in the intraoperative phase.

- Monitoring patient’s status in the OR.

- Continually checking for signs of emergency medical or surgical complications within the patient.

- Clearly communicates with surgeon, anesthesiologist, and other members of the health care team about patient conditions. 

- Assisting with maintenance of surgical equipment, inventory, and sterilization.
