A prestigious healthcare organization in beautiful, coastal Connecticut is seeking an experienced Ambulatory OR Nurse!
This ambulatory surgical center boasts two Pre-Operative spaces and two recovery spaces! There is a general Pre-Op & PACU area as well as a designated Orthopedic Pre-Op & PACU area that is in collaboration with the Hospital for Special Surgery at a leading healthcare organization.
The Surgical OR nurse will report to the Manager of the Ambulatory Surgical Center and be supported buy a dynamic team of nurses, assistant nurse managers and staff!
The Ambulatory Surgical nurse will enjoy a vibrant town located on the Long Island Sound. This robust community offers museums, nature centers, and cultural history accompanied with eclectic dining options. Located a short drive to NYC, this town has it all!
Requirements are:
Current CT RN license required
BSN highly preferred
Minimum of one year operating room nursing experience required;
orthopedic experience highly preferred
Active BLS certification required
CNOR certification highly preferred
