The Post Anesthesia Care Unit PACU Nurse RN will work at a 330+ bed facility known for both their acute care hospital and rehab center. Reporting to the Nurse Manager Surgical Services, the Post Anesthesia Care Unit PACU Nurse RN will work alongside a team of nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff to develop and execute customized patient care treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each individual throughout their stay. The Post Anesthesia Care Unit PACU Nurse RN will join the Perioperative Services department working day or night shift, depending on preference.
The ideal Post Anesthesia Care Unit PACU Nurse RN will have at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience with their Associates Degree or BSN. Additionally, the Post Anesthesia Care Unit PACU Nurse RN will hold or be eligible to obtain their Maryland or compact multi-state registered nurse license prior to starting.
