A Welding Specialist performs welding (MIG) operations in a fast paced environment in workstations that have required cycle times. Team Members work in a culture that thrives on lean manufacturing principles both on and off the production line.

Weld Specialist Requirements Include:

- Basic technical knowledge of Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) welding
techniques and setup, verification, and operation of welding equipment

- Basic knowledge of blueprint layouts and symbols

- The ability to perform common welds and standardized layouts of parts
prior to welding

- The ability to pass the Genie Weld Test

- All equipment you'll need to perform your job will be provided

Schedule

Shift start: 5:00AM or 5:30AM
Shift length: 10 hours
Monday - Thursday with some overtime on Fridays

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 40 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

$1500 new hire incentive

Sign on Bonus has three payments of $500 paid out at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.
