Job Summary
Wash, peel, slice and mixe vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses and other ingredients for all menu items
Follow recipes and comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures and Department of Health regulations
Clean all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production
Perform other duties as required or assigned

1+ year of kitchen experience
Basic math skills
Good knife skills and finger dexterity to use small tools and utensils adeptly
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working on your feet for the full shift
Reliable and hard-working
Be a great communicator
Be able to work as part of a team in fast-pace environment.
