Home Care Registered Nurse

We are in need of a (Registered Nurse) to perform several responsibilities according to the client's plan of care.  Some responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

• Providing, teaching and demonstrating professional nursing duties in accordance with the Agency's policies and procedures, and as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Maryland
• Performing assessment and chart observations of client's condition at each visit.
• Cleaning, changing an dressing wounds as needed and updating involved parties
• Coordinate in the customization of client's plan of care
• Recommend devices or tools that may be beneficial to client's safety, and quality of life
• Coordinate with Physicians, Therapists or other individuals involve in the client's care
• Administer Physician prescribed medication
• Reviewing client's medication
• Identifying and making modification to underlying factors that may hinder client's progress towards goals
• Provide guidance to clients and families on home care

Experience

• Registered Nurse (1 year experience)
