Staffing Accountant - Full-time / Part-time

Staff Accountant Job Description 


Position Summary 

•	This position reports directly to the Sr. Controller and has the following responsibilities:

•	Process AP for all Payables for assigned stores.

•	Match Invoices to Purchase orders and enter AP into Epicor and bill.com for payment.

•	Process Ace Statements for payment through the AP system in Epicor.  

•	Manage and reconcile bank accounts for the store.

•	Verify daily sales deposits and bankcard reimbursements.

•	Record Payroll biweekly.

•	Reconcile banks, bankcards, sales tax payable and undeposited funds monthly.  Other reconciliations as needed.

Minimum Requirements

•	Education/ Training:  Highschool degree, some college preferred.  Possess knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping with a willingness to learn new systems.

•	Skills:   Computer skills, with knowledge of excel and general ledger software.  Willingness to learn new programs and skills.
•	
Excellent communication skills, excellent organizational ability, high attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to multitask.
