Your goal as a real estate listing agent is to provide an outstanding experience for your clients while achieving success in the real estate market. You will strive to exceed the expectations of your clients while remaining within the boundaries of the law. You will use your expertise and knowledge of the real estate market to help your clients make successful decisions.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market
• Assist clients in the home search and sale process
• Utilize effective marketing strategies to advertise property listings
• Negotiate sales and purchasing contracts on behalf of clients
• Help clients prepare their home for sale and maximize their return on investment
• Provide sound advice to clients on the current real estate market
