TireSouth is in search of an accomplished Automotive General Manager with a solid background in workflow management and sales. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of achieving exceptional results. In this role, the General Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue and expense targets, driving operational excellence, and nurturing the growth of the sales and service team. By ensuring training compliance, embodying our core values, and offering hands-on guidance at the location level, you will be an integral part of our thriving operation. This mixed management position directly supervises Sales Advisors and Technician personnel.
Additionally, the General Manager/Advisor role entails contributing a minimum of 20% of location sales by personally generating service tickets and following up on unsold ones. It is essential to uphold the execution of the TireSouth VIP Sales and Service Process.

**Performance Objectives:**
- Achieve Gross Profit and Margin targets as per budget.
- Monitor location Net Profit metrics efficiently.
- Create and implement quarterly plan objectives while adequately tracking KPIs.
- Provide training and demonstrate sales techniques essential for Service Advisors.
- Cultivate a team culture and foster in-store cohesion.

- Inspire and nurture future leaders.
- Conduct monthly reviews with each location employee.
- Ensure Technician Certification and ongoing learning plan objectives are met.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels and engage in consistent recruitment to sustain a robust bench.

- Foster local relationships to boost store traffic and enhance the returning customer base.
**Operational Objectives:**
- Educate and train in the VIP Sales and Service process.
- Elevate sales excellence and minimize zero-dollar invoices.
- Execute the daily location checklist and submit by 9 am.
- Oversee the completion of Sales and Service staff routines.
- Monitor location cleanliness and organization.
- Manage customer satisfaction (SAT) budget to meet or fall below target levels.
- Maintain COGS below 35% of revenue.
- Ensure social media ratings surpass targets and align with content expectations.
- Uphold uniformity and enforcement of the TireSouth Code of Conduct.
- Reconcile daily cash flow.
- Monitor and reconcile location payroll.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees within 24 hours of hire.
