The RN Assistant Nurse Director Emergency Services will work at a 454-bed acute care hospital that values its commitment to excellence in quality and safety and provides patients and the community with quality and safe care. This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has been recognized for its outstanding performance in patient safety.

The RN Assistant Nurse Director Emergency Services will provide direct oversight for all operations within the Emergency Department. The RN Assistant Nurse Director Emergency Services will ensure optimal workflow and compliance with organization and state regulations. The RN Assistant Nurse Director Emergency Services will serve as a mentor and will ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN Assistant Nurse Director Emergency Services is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

• Experience working in healthcare management
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
• Current RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
