Job Description
SMI Realty Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Sterling Bay apartment community in Baytown, TX.
The MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position requires two years experience minimum in the multifamily industry as well as EPA HVAC Universal or Type 2 certification. The Maintenance Technician's primary responsibility is to run work order tickets to repair items called in by residents. Our company depends on your expertise to provide a great place to live for our residents. The qualified candidate must have a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC and make-ready procedures. Must be able to work evenings and weekends when on call.
