You'll be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating all activities

• Controlling Labor and Food Costs

• Overseeing guest services

• Ensuring high-quality food preparation with the best ingredients

• Training and managing all crew members

• Creating and adjusting staff schedules as needed

• Complying with all Health and Safety regulations

• Previous experience in food service management is required

• Strong leadership qualities are a must

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and writing skills
