In this 10 bed ER, be a part of a great team of physicians, nurses and other support staff and helping the community when they need it most. Working under the Director of the Emergency Room, you will be responsible for leading a team of excellence and maintain and promote effective working relationships with your staff members. You will also develop and maintain policies and procedures that relate to the emergency departments. Nurse Managers are responsible for the management of one or more defined areas of nursing service. Nurse Managers allocate resources to promote efficient, safe and high-quality care based on the professional standards and scopes of nursing practice.
