RN Evening Supervisor

Panorama is now hiring for an Evening Supervisor (RN). The evening supervisor oversees the facility and provides support to floor staff. This includes, but is not limited to, transcription of provider orders, assistance with incident follow-up, regulatory auditing, staff management, assistance with admission/discharge process, and floor nurse responsibilities. Must be willing to float as needed. Communicate clearly with DNS and other members of the management and inter-disciplinary team.

This full-time position will work from 2pm-10:30pm, 5 days a week (days off are subject to discussion).

Panorama Convalescent & Rehabilitation Center is part of the Panorama Continuing Care Retirement Community. Panorama's Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center is a 155 bed skilled nursing facility that includes long term care, a 30 bed short stay sub-acute unit and a 20 bed "Gentle Care" (dementia) unit. Each of our 5 units is staffed with a team of certified nursing assistants, a licensed nurse and a nurse manager. Nursing staff partner closely with our Therapy Department, Restorative Nursing, Dietary, Licensed Social Workers, Activities staff and Health Information staff to provide the highest quality of individualized care to our residents.

Panorama's C&R is rated a 5 STAR facility CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) and is a source of pride to our staff, volunteers, and residents. Our residents & staff enjoy the beautiful spacious building and many amenities offered by Panorama.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Active Washington RN license
• Long term care experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
