Assistant Manager

Our assistant managers work with the general manager to keep the restaurant running smoothly and to boost sales volume and profit margin. AMs also help identify and develop future managers and motivate team members to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy and comes back again soon.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform bending and lifting tasks
• Previous management experience preferred
• Provide excellent attention to detail
• Experience in restaurant industry a plus!
