Additional Job Requirements

Assistant Managers take an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike’s store / operation. In conjunction with the GM, the Assistant Manager shares responsibility for:

• Store sales
• Quality of service
• Customer satisfaction
• Team Building

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• Dress code requirements: Fingernails are trimmed and maintained
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Speaks English
• Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit
• 17 years or older
