BGR Associate

We are a gourmet burger restaurant in Sugar House, looking for energetic and positive minded associates to help us serve quality meals. We provide opportunities to move around each station so you are not getting bored doing the same station, until we find the right fit for you. The responsibility includes preparing for the start of the shift, re-stocking stations, helping with closing of the shifts. We are an open kitchen concept and so each team member has the opportunity to provide the best customer service to our customers and ensure they have a better day when they leave.

We offer a 401k and employers match as well as credit card charge tips that range from $2-$3 extra per hour (based on 2021 YTD data) on top of the hourly wage that is based on experience (starting at $11/hr) and free meal for a full time shifts.
