An award winning community hospital is searching for a strong, experienced Cath Lab Manager to lead their department in this city in Central Washington. 

The Manager of the Cath Lab will join a trusted not-for-profit community hospital. This 200+ bed hospital is known for excellence in patient care and safety measures. This organization has been awarded and recognized among the top hospitals in the Central Washington Region. 

The Catheterization Laboratory Manager will directly report to the Director of Cardiac Services. This person will work closely with a wide range of providers and professionals, including Cardiologists, Cardiovascular Technologists, Radiology technicians.  A Staff Charge Nurse will support the Manager of the Cath Lab. 

The Manager for the Catheterization lab will join this busy department that is essential for the function of the hospital. The unit consists of procedure rooms, prep and recovery areas. 

The Cardiac Cath lab manager holds a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the specialized unit within the hospital. They are responsible for ensuring the lab is properly staffed, equipped, and adhering to safety and quality protocols. The Manager of the Cath Lab will be responsible for the department's quality performance  and risk management programs. The Manager will develop clear performance expectations and resolve performance problems. In addition to these aspects, they will also help develop and maintain the departmental budget, as well as regulatory compliance.
