Sous Chef

We are a casual-fine dining, open kitchen restaurant serving healthy, seasonal, modern American food - open for dinner Wednesday - Sunday. We are seeking aspiring culinary professionals. You must be a team player with a winning attitude that works in a clean, efficient manner and has basic knowledge necessary to perform in a professional atmosphere of high standards. At least 3 years of previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is required. Most importantly- you must have a passion for working in the kitchen and the desire to nurture others through good intentions via your craft!. This is a work environment that will provide the opportunity for creativity and growth. A strong, close-knit team, great staff meals and lots of opportunities await! ServSafe Training and Certification will be provided.
