Job Title: Service Technician/ Installer

Our Service Technician/installers are responsible for delivery, installation & servicing temporary heating and cooling solutions. We primarily work in commercial construction. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently with little supervision, is a good problem solver, good communicator, and puts servicing customers as a top priority. Our goal is to be the first call for temporary climate control. Are you the person that can help us do that?

Experience working with mechanical, electrical & plumbing as well as previous gas appliance repair and machine repair a must. Working with air conditioning and refrigeration systems helpful but not required. Do not need to be HVAC certified.

Duties:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and safety
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate repair and maintenance activities
- Keep accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in service and repair

Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in servicing and repairing equipment or systems (specific industry experience may vary)
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in confined spaces

Requirements:

- Must live withing 30 minutes of Fort Wayne, IN
- Must have a valid drivers license with no major violations in last 36 months.
