About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reproductive Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team at CCRM Fertility. As an integral member of our growing clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients. The position will require occasional weekend and holiday shifts to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in all aspects of reproductive medicine and surgery.
- Demonstrate leadership and provide guidance to the clinical team.
- Educate staff, community, and patients about best practices in reproductive medicine.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and services.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and accurately document clinical information in a timely manner.

Who You Are:
- Board certified or eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
- Experienced in using electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and sonographic report presentation.
- Passionate about innovation and thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated interest in performance improvement and delivering exceptional care.
