Product Specialist - Automotive Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the marketing department to reach out to new and previous customers.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor and lot, answering questions and providing information.
• Overcome objections to close sales successfully.
• Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships for repeat business.
• Employ consultative sales techniques, assisting customers in selecting vehicles by understanding their needs.
• Continuously build product knowledge and sales expertise to become a vehicle authority.
• Deliver professional demonstrations of used vehicles.
• Communicate with the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude and your 'A game' to work daily.
• Explain and offer warranties, services, and financing options.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
• Eagerness to quickly learn about new products and improve your skill set.
• Outstanding communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
• A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

Schedule:
5 days a week
Must be available on weekends

Experience:
Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year
