NAC wage range is $19.00-$24.00 per hour depending on work experience

84 hours available every 2 weeks - $3,192 to $4,032 per month

Assisted Living Facility seeking a compassionate and skilled team member to be part of our positive work culture where you can grow and hone your skills as a medical professional. Being part of providing support and care to the patients enjoying their golden years!

You will work closely with our residents and nursing staff. Your independent and critical thinking will be beneficial to the success of our goals to provide the best patient care. you will also be trained on medication pass that will assist with forwarding your career education.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

· Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

· Medication Assistance

· Health Maintenance and Monitoring Tasks

· Dining

· Activity Program

· Emergency Preparedness

Qualifications:

· Excellent organizational skills

· Required HCA or CNA

· Team-driven attitude

· Self-motivation and prioritization

· Able to navigate and communicate with patients and team

· Think, act, and intervene independently in both routine and emergency situations

· Good transfer skills

Responsibilities:

- Reports to Director of Assisted Living, and is supervised/supported by the Resident Care Manager

- Assisted Living NAC/CNA staff are trained and certified for medication pass

- **COVID vaccine needed for all workers and contractors.

- **Pre-employment drug testing and background check required.
