Retail Associate

Scrubs LLC is a specialty retailer that specializes in brand name medical scrubs and accessories for men and women. Our philosophy is to bring the community great customer service, great prices, and a variety of affordable brands to meet everyone needs.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of part time sales associate at the Millington Tn area

As a sales associate you will provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, which involves product knowledge, personal assistance, as well as maintaining the highest level of store presentation standards

Position Responsibilities:

Folding,hanging, and stocking merchandise

Provide friendly and helpful customer service

Ring purchases at the register

Light cleaning ( mopping & dusting) Make sure parking lot is clean

Opening and closing store

Make calls to surrounding businesses to set up pop up shops

Post new merchandise and sales in store

Requirements:

Must be 16 years or older

Previous retail or related customer service experience preferred (1year preferred)

Accuracy with money handling and cash register use

Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Self- motivated and ability to work alone or as part of a team

Flexible hours: must have some evening, weekend, and holiday availability

Must be able to pass a criminal background screening and drug screening
