Ground Maintenance

QLM (QUALITY LABOR MANAGEMENT) is currently hiring a Groundskeeper to work at a prominent institution. Possible Full-TIme position available from the Job Site

Qualifications of Groundskeeper:

·      Must be available to work 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM Monday through Friday at minimum

·      Must have reliable transportation

·      Must be able to pass a Drug Test

·      Good attitude and work well with others

·     Candidates must be adaptable to shifts between 5:00 am-1:30 pm and 7:00 am-3:30 pm

Job Duration: Potential Temporary to Perm opportunity is available

Responsibilities

 

• Grounds keeping maintenance tasks on properties, including raking, pulling weeds,

removal of litter and debris, pruning, watering plants

• Transplanting plant materials, plant installation and soil removal

• Shreds paper at shredding facility

• Move paper bins to the conveyor belt and removes shredded paper from machine

• Loads and unloads cardboard

• Removes and stacks baled cardboard

• Removes refuse from residence halls and academic buildings

• Separates refuse for proper processing and/or disposal

• Monday-Friday 5:30 am-1:30 pm, 30-minute lunch
