Full Time Warehouse Lead

Job Objective:

The Warehouse Lead oversees staffing, production processes, and work therapy assignments of

assigned commodities departments.

* Oversee staff and production process of assigned commodities departments per TSA policy.

* Oversee that the assigned areas are being run in accordance with OSHA Safety Guidelines

and meets all TSA Policies.

* Manage the evaluation and packing of all commodities; including cleaning, pricing, wrapping,

and preparation for shipping.

* Ensures communication, monitoring, and recording of all production goals.

* Work with Program Department staff to maximize work therapy goals for beneficiaries to

support their success through training and mentoring.

* Reports incidents of misconduct, inefficiencies, and safety concerns to appropriate supervisor.

* Wear any and all PPE provided, including but not limited to safety glasses, gloves, masks,

back guard.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* All other duties as assigned
