Accountant Controller

This position is a full time position located in Seminole, TX.

Position Overview:

As our accounting controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy of the company. This is a full time position with a focus on managing account aspects, preparing financial records, identifying potential areas of opportunity and risk. This is an on-site full time position.

Responsibilities:

• Review and monitor daily accounting operations including reconciliations, account payables and receivables.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, financial performance, and key financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.

• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations, working closely with external auditors and legal advisors.

• Lead financial due diligence for potential partnerships, acquisitions, or investments, providing financial analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.

• Strong understanding of accounting management principles, including financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and account analysis.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic accounting insights and recommendations.

• Solid understanding of accounting regulations, compliance, and risk management.

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
