Mexican Bar Company, which was recently awarded Dallas Observer readers' choice Best All Around Restaurant in Plano, is seeking to hire a bilingual floor & a bar manager with a strong foundation in hospitality and willingness to adapt to our concept. Must have 5 years hospitality experience minimum, however we do not need it all to be management experience. We want to invest in this candidate by training them to work within our operation and systems. Most important traits are a deep understanding of hospitality, outgoing, self motivated, work ethic and the ability to learn, adapt and grow. The 108 acre property we are located within starts a half of a $Billion renovation in 2024, so exposure for our concept will be exponential for the remaining 15 years of our lease. We expect sales to triple in 2026 and want to continue our focus on a strong and devoted management team. Compensation is competitive ut growth potential is the key to this position for someone who wants to embrace a restaurant hospitality career and lifestyle.
