Job Description
Royce Machine is an expanding business looking for an experienced CNC Operator.
Day Shift, Compensation is based on skill and experience.
Responsibilities
Read/interpret drawings/part specifications and verify/adjust speeds and feeds for optimum machining.
Make necessary offset changes to be within allowable tolerances
Change inserts
Verify conformance of part to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as, scales, calipers, micrometers and fixed gauges; Fill out inspection reports as required
Clean machined parts to ensure ready for assembly
Report all issues in regards to tooling and setup to the supervisor
Keep a clean, organized and safe workplace
To be punctual, and act in accordance with company policies and procedures
Experience/Skills
1+ years experience and/or some schooling
Good working knowledge of measuring tools and drawing
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively and efficiently
