New Image Landscape Company provides high quality landscape management services to homeowners associations, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, and municipalities all across Northern California. Our New Image Landscape Tree Care Division is managed by ISA Certified Arborists and capable to provide professional tree care services to all of our clients. They offer a variety of services including evaluations, tree pruning per ANSI A300 Standards, Annual Tree Budget planning, tree installation and removal, tree injection, and insect and disease management.
Account Manager - Tree Care
Position Overview
As the Account Manager of the Tree Division, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive top notch customer service and following the sales from start to finish. You will be the liaison between the client, maintenance team, and the New Image Landscape Office providing status updates, pricing, and submittals of invoices. Most of the work will be completed on our CRM system(Aspire) that will help you build proposals, cost out jobs, and contact the clients. This position is supported by our ISA Certified Arborists and reports directly to the General Manager.
Job Responsibilities of the Account Manager - Tree Division include, but are not limited to:
- Create quotes, opportunities, and proposals on our CRM system to provide to the client
- Partner with customers to understand their landscape needs and goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure all of the client’s requests and services are met promptly and efficiently
- Communicate all client needs to the team clearly and comprehensively
- Communicate all issues found by the team to the client professionally and effectively
- Function as the Main Point of Contact to facilitate the completion of all jobs
- Assist in invoicing and billing process
- Schedule all jobs for the team and relay communication to the clients
- Ensure the team is working safely through inspections and has the proper PPE
- Track the hours of employees and job cost efficiently
- Work with the team to build quotes for the clients
Requirements
- 3+ Years of sales experience and project management
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM preferred
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Frequent regional travel will be required
