You'll work closely with a passionate team, translating abstract concepts into compelling visuals, crafting and refining brand strategies, and staying ahead of the curve with the latest design trends and tools. Armed with expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with CMS platforms like Webflow and Shopify, you'll be a key player in ensuring brand consistency across varied platforms. At Decorworx, you'll not just design — you'll tell stories, shape narratives, and be a vital part of our collaborative and innovative team.

What You'll Dive Into: (Key Responsibilities)

• Branding Evolution: Actively participate in the development and continuous evolution of our brands through various channels such as marketing, web, and print.
• Customer Brand Development: Collaborate closely with customers to cultivate their brands and design end-to-end collateral tailored to their businesses.
• Trend Analysis: Proactively research and integrate emerging trends, techniques, and platforms that influence branding in the contemporary market.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Embrace challenges, often with limited information, and propose innovative, effective solutions.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure the Decorworx brand is uniformly represented across platforms, and extend this dedication to consistency to our valued customers' brands.

What We Seek: (Qualifications)

• A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A portfolio that narrates your branding journey.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and mainstream CMS systems.
